WHO YOU'RE DEALING WITH

I'm Alexander Barroca, webmaster and owner of barroca.ch. I'm a private person, and offer anyone with the last name "Barroca" living in Switzerland a personal e-mail address.


WHO IS ENTITLED TO GET A PERSONAL E-MAIL ADDRESS

If your last name is "Barroca" and you live in Switzerland, you may have a personal e-mail address with your first name and the ending @barroca.ch (Webmail included).


REGISTRATION

If you're interested in receiving a personal e-mail address at barroca.ch, write me an e-mail. I will need a copy of your ID, to verify A) your last name really is "Barroca" and B) you're really living in Switzerland. After that, you're entitled to receive your personal e-mail address.


COSTS

In order to contribute to the server costs, both from Domain Name and Webhosting, you will need to make a monthly donation of CHF 5.-. This includes having the personal e-mail account activated as well as access to a working Webmail.

I'm entitled to terminate any e-mail address at any time, should you not make a monthly donation.

These are the current server costs:

Domain Name costs per year (Kreativ Media): CHF 14.90 (stand 09.07.2023)
Webhosting costs per year (Kreativ Media): CHF 128.30 (stand 30.11.2021)

Sum total per year: CHF 143.20

CHF 143.20 divided by 12 months: CHF 11.93

Thus, CHF 5.- per month for a personal e-mail address seems to be pretty fair.


PROBLEM SOLVING

Problem solving can only happen if you tell me about a problem. If you don't tell me anything about it, I can't know about it.

Please contact me about any issues you may have regarding your e-mail address, e-mail account, or the webmail, so I can fix it. If I cannot fix it, I will communicate it.

As I'm a private person, it may not always be easy for me to resolve your issues immediately. You may notify me at any time, per mail or Facebook. However, I will resolve any issues you might have "As soon as I can". I apologize for any inconvenience, should it not be fast enough.

Server maintenance by Kreativ Media is out of my reach, and thus is no matter for debate.


LEGAL

Any e-mail account may be terminated at any given time.

I do not owe you any service. I'm offering you the activation of a personal e-mail address and a working webmail, in exchange for your donations to help keep the servers running.
